Here’s some info that will help with the quoting process:

Large volume CD/DVD manufacturing: Ordering mass quantity is much different from smaller runs. When you get to quantities of 100K and above one penny can make a huge difference in your final total….by thousands!!

Quantity: Anything up to 5K is listed on our website. If you have a project that requires 10k or 100k please call and speak to one of our sales specialists.

Disc Printing: silkscreening or offset printing available.
For replication projects we use Offset (175 lines per inch) and Silk Screen (120 lines per inch.) Offset print is perfect if you have something that’s very detailed or photographic. Silk Screen allows for pantone color matching.

Packaging: Are these being direct mailed and is weight important? Are they going in the retail environment or are they being handed out as promo material?? tell us what you need to do and let us guide you on packaging options that can save you money.

Production Time of Year: When will you be producing these? Can you give us a time of year? We will hold quotes for as long as we can, but a large qty quote will reflect very current raw material costs and freight rates.

Turn Time: Mass quantity cd manufacturing can be done in as little as a few days to several months. A realistic schedule for mass quantity cd production is about 4 weeks. This allows for matchprints and test disc to be reviewed and approved, production, return shipping, and if necessary, customs. Give us your requirements and we'll work with your schedule. If you have a rush schedule, let us know if a partial shipments will help. Significant savings can be had in the freight alone if it is not rushed.

Shipping: Where will these discs be distributed from? If you're not exactly sure, can you narrow it down to which coast? We can ship to seaports, airports, to distribution houses, or to your company doorstep.
